250+ business and HR leaders of companies operating in different business sectors
About the event
AI – Work Beyond the Familiar. What Happened and What Comes Next? is an event organized by EconomyForum, dedicated to the impact of AI on work and employment. Two years ago, the conversation was largely about expectations: how AI might reshape business models, HR strategies and the role of people in organizations. Today, that impact is already unfolding. Many companies have moved beyond experimentation and are implementing AI at scale within their core business processes, driving significant changes in organizational structures, roles, operations and workforce models. We will reflect on what has truly taken place over the past two years and explore the opportunities that lie ahead. Through data-based insights and real business experience, we will examine how AI is already transforming employment, job design and workforce planning, and discuss the most likely scenarios for how these trends may evolve over the next 2–3 years. Join us!
